We are working hard to bring the best food we can to you. That's why we've raised the bar to beyond organic. Today, the way we see it, labels in the grocery store have very little to do with the quality and nutrition of the product. Instead, the certification puts a mask on factory farmed food and deceives even the most intentional of shoppers. We believe that in a way, you truly are what you eat, which in turn means you are what your food eats too. Meaning, the health of my body is directly related to the health of what I eat and what my food eats, all the way down to the soil and the micro life living in it and what they eat too. These are things we may never understand fully, and can't even see. God is so big and His details are so intricate. It would be foolish to assume that we are the masters and know how it all works, as we mono culture life into oblivion. Thank the Lord that, despite all that, He's got the whole world in His hands. What we can do, is follow his design and be the hands and feet working for Him.
